Virginia Personal Injury Attorney - Jonathan Wren
The head of the Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers practice group, Jonathan Wren is a Virginia personal injury trial attorney who has earned a reputation as an aggressive and tenacious advocate for his injured clients. Jonathan has experience in both federal and state courts, and he has built his reputation by obtaining successful results in difficult cases that other attorneys refused to handle. For example, Jonathan has received compensation for a hotel rape victim, a young horse rider injured when a horse reared and fell on her, an individual injured by an intoxicated driver, a gunshot injury victim, and several slip and fall and trip and fall victims. Jonathan’s results have earned his recognition as a “Rising Star” in plaintiff’s personal injury law by Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of the eligible practicing attorneys in Virginia.
Jonathan views the relationships his builds with his clients as the most rewarding aspect of his law practice. He understands that his injured clients have suffered loss, and he works tirelessly and aggressively to obtain the maximum compensation his clients deserve. Jonathan personally handles virtually every aspect of his client’s cases and it is through this personal involvement and investment that Jonathan develops a strong rapport and chemistry with his clients.
Jonathan has handled personal injury claims of all types, including automobile accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, products liability, and assault claims on behalf of injured parties. Jonathan also has experience litigating wrongful death claims and personal injury claims involving extensive burn injuries, broken bones, nerve injuries and neurological damage cases, and brain injuries.
Jonathan works hard as an attorney, but he still finds time to contribute to his community. He has served on numerous committees for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and, in 2011, he was appointed to the VTLA’s Board of Governors, where he voices his clients’ interests as a leader in this important organization. He is also actively involved in his local Ruritan Club, he is an assistant coach for the St. Anne Belfield’s varsity soccer team, and he has been an active member of the board of directors for several local charities.
Jonathan lives with his wife, Robin, and two children, just south of Charlottesville on a mini-farm. He enjoys spending time outdoors playing soccer and fishing, and he can occasionally be heard strumming a banjo.
