Bob Byrne, Jr. is an AV-rated Virginia Personal Injury Lawyer who represents clients injured because of someone else’s negligence. Bob has state and federal court experience representing both individuals and businesses involved in disputes, but he cherishes the relationships he has with his injured clients who have had their lives rudely disrupted by the carelessness or intentional acts of others.

As a Virginia Personal Injury Lawyer, Bob has experience representing plaintiffs in wrongful death, personal injury, and products liability actions involving burn injuries, spine injuries, bulging discs or herniated discs, soft tissue injuries, whiplash, facial scarring, and bone fractures.

Bob’s preparation and passion for his clients is illustrated by the fact that he has twice been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in personal injury and business litigation, an award given to just 2.5% of eligible Virginia attorneys. Additionally, in 2010 the Virginia State Bar named Bob the “Young Lawyer of the Year” out of approximately 9,000 young Virginia attorneys. Bob has also been given an AV designation by Martindale-Hubbell, a rating that is considered to “be a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”

Bob is a strong believer in giving back to his community. Bob acted as chairman of the Children and the Law Commission of the Virginia State Bar’s Young Lawyer’s Conference and helped produce a video informing Virginia’s foster youth of their legal rights. Bob is also an active member of the Blue Ridge Mountains Rotary Club and has helped raise funds to bring clean water to poor, remote African communities. On a local level, Bob serves as a member and elder of his local church, and he is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Charlottesville.

Bob and his wife Lauren live in Keswick, Virginia, with their four children, two of whom are twins.
